The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 过于文艺的悬疑片，保证了感情共鸣，却欠缺了剧情铺展。
光影色彩和服化道打造出的年代感十足，芦苇荡练习和最后的舞台独舞拍得很美，几场空境也如倪云林的水墨一般诗意。BUG的确不少，还有许多尬味说教台词，但瑕不掩瑜，你把它当文艺片而不是悬疑片看，也许会更容易入戏些。
虽然不想剧透，但是真没见过一开头就能让人猜到的，照相馆一进去，画像一出来，不就知道谁是凶手了吗，然后到两个小时才告诉大家，欺负80年代没有dna检测吗？
剧情很不合逻辑。三星给林音的扮演者，气质拿捏绝了
节奏太慢，反转多得有点让人疲劳，可能还是节奏问题
罪案的部分有漏洞，但是这片子罪案只是个皮，骨子里是个有点文艺的剧情片，画面挺美，氛围也到位了，打发时间可以看看。

一开场，89式警服的警衔有点低了，不严谨
怎么说呢，感觉导演编剧摄影都很努力，但就是花了两个小时讲了一个毫无悬念的故事。

像是看了一集漫长的电视剧，关键是看了一半就知道后面是啥了
比想象中的好太多，虽然片中的文艺气息，能够瞬间将观感拉回到那个年代。但前中期的推进速度，该是稍显缓慢。
摄影挺好，故事单薄，节奏太拖，演技不够，画外音烦人中的烦人
美术和质感没的说，剧情和台词还能再改改。情节有些俗，台词也太书面，不像是警察和社会人说的。导演和牛逼大导一线之隔，再努努力捅破那块天花板，人就成了。
网大拍出这种质感是值得鼓励的，但是温温吞吞讲了一个没那么精彩的故事还是让我看的昏昏欲睡。
